Deborah and the Calendar Sisters

Knowing that Deborah had a picture of the Madonna, which lead Lily and Rosaleen to the Calendar Sister's house, I feel that the Calendar Sister's and Deborah has some type of relationship. Whether it was just a friendship or a family related relationship. I feel this was because the things that the Calendar Sisters do are similar to the things that Deborah used to do. For example, Deborah used to catch bugs, just like May. Also, August acts the same was towards Lily as Deborah did. Does anyone else have any other opinions?
