Lily's mother

The entire book has been focused around Lily's literal search for her mother and then the search for the truth about her mother, but what does she think of her now compared to then? She always hoped she was the perfect mother and that she had at least one parent that cared about her, and for a while she started thinking that wasn't true. But as it turns out the truth is more complicated and her mother had her own problems, so now that Lily's illusion of the perfect mother is broken what is she thinking? Her "mother/hero figure" is sort of gone as a result of the truth.

  1. she is mad at her mother.so she throw the honey bottle to the wall, she felt that nobody loves her, her mother leaves her and her father didn't like her.
