Is T-Ray still Lying to Lily About Deborahs death?

I really doubt that Lily shot her mother. Like T-Ray still keeps telling her that she shot her mother but is it because he wants to place blame to make himself feel better? Maybe i feel like this because i don't want to believe that Lily killed her mother. What does everyone think?
