Friendship

It seems like May, August, Rosaleen and Lily have become very close to each other. August and Lily have been working the the honey house, and Lily has learned so much from her. For example, how to work the super. Rosaleen and May have also been working together in the house. They have been caught many times shucking corn and laughing, standing shoulder to shoulder and much more. I'm really happy that Lily has found a place far away from her cruel father, where she can be herself and be free without getting punished or yelled at. My only question is, even though June works at a colored school, does she help out making honey? Or is that just May and August's job?
