Does T-ray loves Lily?

I think her father still love her because he let her stay in August's house, and go back to home alone. He could take lily go back to home, but he doesn't. He saw lily's change and he respects lily and August. So he let lily stay there. And he also know that he won't give lily a loving warm family, lily stay in August's house has more people to love her, and lily will became a normal girl, and she'll knows how to love people. She has more people like her mother to love her, she should growing up in this environment.
