Do you guys think that T-Ray loves Lily? Because when T-Ray came to get Lily he hit her and then started crying. I think he just got so mad at Lily, because she looks like Deborah, and T-Ray just snapped. What do you guys think?
I think that throughout Lily's life, T-Ray just saw her as a spitting image of her mother. Like August said, T-Ray worshiped Deborah. Her death must have brought him unbelievable amounts of grief and sadness. I don't think that T-Ray ever forgave Lily for taking away the love of his life and constantly reminding him of her. Those years of resentment led him to hating Lily. The years and years of abuse towards Lily prove that he truly did not love her. His only love was for Deborah.
